moldit.ai is not a new email client. It's a lightweight extension that runs inside the inbox tab you already have open — nothing to import, no new login to manage, nothing to switch back from if you stop using it.

Add the extension
Install from your browser's extension store and open Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or Zoho Mail as normal. moldit.ai appears as an overlay panel — your inbox underneath is untouched.

It reads what's on screen
The visible emails are grouped into work states — Needs Action, Follow-up Due, Waiting for Reply, Missing Context, Low Priority — using the content of the messages themselves.

You shape the view
Switch work modes, type an instruction in plain language, or take an action — archive, reply, mark done — straight from the card. Changes reflect back in your real inbox.

A work card is a summary, not a replacement for reading the email. moldit.ai shows its reasoning and links to the source thread so you can verify before you act — especially when it says context is missing.

Missing Context is a real state
When a thread references something moldit.ai can't find in your mailbox — a prior attachment, an earlier decision — it says so, instead of guessing.
Your inbox stays yours
Nothing is deleted, moved, or duplicated without you clicking the action. moldit.ai reads and organizes — it doesn't decide on your behalf.
Where it can be wrong
Work-state grouping is a language model's read of the email content. It can mis-classify an unusual thread or miss sarcasm and context that a person would catch — that's why every card links back to the source instead of asking you to trust the label.
What it doesn't touch
moldit.ai reads what's rendered in your inbox tab to build work cards. It doesn't scan your entire mail history in the background, and it doesn't send your email content anywhere beyond what's needed to classify what's currently open.

Does moldit.ai replace Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or Zoho Mail?
No. It's an overlay panel that runs inside the inbox tab you already use. Your email stays exactly where it is, in the platform you already trust — moldit.ai adds a work-focused view on top, it doesn't move you off it.
What happens if I uninstall it?
Nothing changes in your inbox. moldit.ai doesn't migrate, move, or duplicate mail, so removing the extension just removes the overlay — everything underneath is exactly as it was.
How does it decide what "Needs Action" means?
It reads the visible email content — subject, body, thread history — and classifies it into work states using an AI model. Every classification shows the source thread it came from, so you can check the reasoning rather than take the label on faith.
Can I define my own work modes?
Yes — type an instruction in plain language ("group by client," "show what's waiting on legal") and the view re-groups around it. You can also save a custom mode to reuse later.
Is my email content sent anywhere?
Only what's needed to classify the emails currently visible in your inbox is processed — nothing is scanned in bulk in the background, and nothing is stored beyond what's required to render your current work view.
